At Coco Organic, prioritising sustainability goes beyond a commitment; it is a fundamental principle that shapes our approach and values. Through ethical sourcing and harvesting practices, we are committed to preserving nature's goodness.
As part of our dedication to sustainability, we have launched the CSR project "Good Hands", with the goal of encouraging Sri Lankans to grow at least one coconut plant in a suitable location and educating them on how to propagate coconut plants from a coconut.
Natural Bounty Unearthed
At Coco Organic, we prioritise sustainable coconut harvesting, blending modern practices with traditional Sri Lankan methods. We use natural fertilisers and minimise water usage to protect delicate ecosystems. By supporting local communities and promoting biodiversity, we deliver high-quality coconut products and contribute to a sustainable future for generations to come.
Ethical Sourcing
Sustainability is of paramount importance to us. We meticulously source our coconuts from organic farms, where farmers employ eco-friendly techniques such as intercropping and natural pest control, ensuring minimal environmental impact. Additionally, we prioritise fair wages and conditions for our harvesters, contributing to a more sustainable and equitable future for all.
Empowering Change Collaboratively
Our CSR project," Good Hands" initiative, aims to raise awareness of the importance of coconut cultivation. It encourages individuals to plant one coconut tree each, contributing to environmental conservation and community empowerment.
